Provide information about your commission in your initial message. Image of character, character name, where they are from, pose description or image references and any other info and detail you think I should be aware of.

My time zone is CET, I usually respond within 24 hours.

Completion time is usually within one week after payment. You will be informed about any delays.

You will receive one progress update per day, additional updates may arrive same day if they were small enough and I had time to implement them. Progress updates are mostly images, on rare occasions a text description.

After each stage I'll be taking your feedback to ensure that you are satisfied with the results.

After completion you will receive a link to your files, sent to the messaging platform of your choosing.

Files you get are .png and .jpg 2480 x 3508 pixels. You also get resized preview versions and images from each stage. Source files are not included.

If service cannot be completed after payment due to, my sickness or any other unfortunate event outside of my control, you have a right to a full refund within 14 days.

If service is not provided within one month after payment you have a right to a full refund within 14 days.

Customer understands that they are purchasing a digital service for a custom made and on demand illustration, based on their description.

By purchasing this service, the customer agrees that their rights to a refund may be limited, due to the custom, digital and on demand nature of the service.
